Los Angeles City Hall

This city hall building is said to have a couple haunted floors - the second, third, fourth, 27th & 28th. The spirits on this floor like to make themselves known during the night. Feelings of being watched and eerie noises have been reported on the second floor and an unseen presence is said to follow you on the third and fourth floors. Inside the Tom Bradley Room on the 27th floor, a painting follows visitors with its eyes and apparitions have been spotted on the 28th floor by closed-circuit TV cameras.
