This building dates back to 1927 and was a former theater. It has also been known as the Hollywood Playhouse and the Palace Theater over the years. It once featured Fanny Brice's radio show, the Baby Snooks Radio Show and Ken Murray's Blackouts Theater Revue, before becoming one of the earliest TV studios housing This is Your Life and The Lawrence Welk Show. It now operates as a night club and TV studio that is rumored to be haunted by several ghosts. One likes to play the piano, another is a ghostly woman who wears perfume and a third is a man wearing a tuxedo.
