The mansion that stood here belonged to Harry Houdini but burned down and has since been rebuilt. Those that have explored the premises have reported seeing Houdini's ghost wandering around. The mansion has also been used as a recording studio and some artists have reported strange activity including photographic evidence, temperature fluctuations and being touched.
