The Georgetown Hotel is said to be haunted by the ghost of the former owner. He has been spotted in various locations throughout the hotel and has a natural liking to Room 13. Many that stay in this room have reported being woken up in the middle of the night.

Stayed in the room where a man died. Toured upstairs which used to be brothel. Woman pushed or thrown out window or off porch upstairs & died. Very old historic building near cemetery.
