In the 1880's, this building served as a restaurant until it was refurbished and began operating as a hotel in 1897. The building is said to be haunted by its original owners. Albert has been spotted with a pipe in his mouth and has been seen in mirrors. In the rooms upstairs, lace dollies and furniture is frequently found rearranged.
