Chula Vista Pet Owner Makes Her Tortoise a Shell-ebrity with Halloween Costume

Frank the Tortoise has been photographed in what can only be described as one of the most creative Halloween costumes we have seen this year. Created by his owner, Maya Rios from Chula Vista, Frank's spider costume was constructed from pipe cleaners and a sock, showing that all it takes is a bit of creativity to revolutionize the costume game.
Needless to say, the costumed tortoise is shell-ebrating Halloween with some serious flair!
