Welcome to the bay area's most frightening haunted experience.
It's not just an experience, it's a test in your ability to survive.

For the first time, we plan on opening our doors to those who dare test
their wits at our new Sinisterium haunted attraction. A new design
brings out the most extreme fear with a open free-for-all layout.
What that means is that there are no set paths, no easy way out, paths
to nowhere and monsters you can't trust; to keep you in! Ever been to a
haunted house that won't let you out? Come test your skills and see if
you can survive!

The ever scary Conover Mystery Ranch is bigger and completely new for
2009. The wicked family of crazy famers are up to no good again and have
a taste for blood. They've made some changes to the farm and its most
likely not for your comfort. Traps and chainsaws are at every turn!

Don't for get the forty acre corn maze. During your stay with us, please
feel free to explore the intence maze in total darkness. No lights, no
help, no way out?

Conover Ranch Gets 5 Bats!

When I visited The Conover Ranch, I had expected to be bombarded with a large cliche of horror movies (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Hills Have Eyes, etc). I was very, very wrong. The old ranch setting was very realistic, and we felt like we were really on someone's ranch. We were first greeted and entered a Auto Shop/Gas Station scene that I mistakenly thought was real had it not been for the girl behind the counter making wise cracks in her Down South accent. We were told the rules of the ranch, and left to fend for ourselves.
Every detail was superb. The pulsing music set a very eerie feel to it all. I was very impressed (and quite honestly frightened) of the little girls in a School Yard, giggling and playing like there were nothing wrong at all. Many other things I liked were scattered about but the Grand Climaxing scene. The Chainsaws were incredible and when I thought it was finally over, a second chainsaw came out and chased us all the way to where we began again!
An amazing hanuted expierience.
As real as can BE!

I didn't know what I was geting into, We went to a Corn Maze in Holister (CA) to run and get lost. I heard some good stuff about this haunt (So many are crap). Before we even entered the Ranch some ?? Monster or Corn Beast in a sniper suit scared the BEEP out of our group(Me too). The area you have to wait to get in... was Awesom! A old Gas Station and Tower set the mood for us.
First we entered a small old autoparts store and were told some rules(dont' touch, run and stay on the path..ect) It didn't take long for us to brake the rules and were RUNNING for our lives out of a Junk Yard. about 5-6 differnt areas all set in and around CORN. Now some might be scared of chainSaws... But they came out of now where and were Load and Big! Can't wait till next year!!!!
